Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using the Ordis Dashboard marketplace, including accounts, orders, in-game delivery, OrCoin, and daily rewards.

1. About this service

Ordis Dashboard is a player-run No Man's Sky marketplace that helps you arrange in-game item trades. You place orders through the site; they're reviewed by staff and delivered in-game.

This service is not owned by, operated by, or officially connected with Hello Games. No Man's Sky belongs to its respective owners.

2. No real-money trading

The marketplace does not sell No Man's Sky items for real money. OrCoin is a site-only currency. It can't be bought for cash, sold for cash, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money.

Donations, if available, are optional and do not buy in-game items, OrCoin, order priority, or marketplace rewards.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use some features, including OrCoin, order history, daily rewards, and sell requests. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You must provide accurate information when using the marketplace, including your Discord details, friend code, platform information, and any other details needed to complete an order.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the system. Examples include submitting fake information, exploiting bugs, spamming requests, or trying to interfere with balances, rewards, stock, or orders.

4. Orders and delivery

When you place an order, it is reviewed manually before delivery. Stock, prices, quantities, selected currency, and final order lines may be checked before the order is completed.

Delivery is arranged through Discord. You must be reachable there if you submit an order.

After an order is reviewed, staff may send you an invoice showing the approved items, individual prices, selected currency, and total cost. At the agreed delivery time, you pay the agreed in-game or site currency first, then staff deliver the approved items in-game.

Once delivery is complete, staff may provide a receipt showing what was paid for and what was delivered.

5. Order changes, denials, and cancellations

An order, or specific items within an order, may be denied or adjusted if stock is unavailable, an item was listed incorrectly, pricing was incorrect, the order appears abusive, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

If an order is cancelled or denied before delivery, any refundable marketplace balance connected to that order will be returned where applicable. Daily rewards used on an order are not refundable.

If an order has already been delivered, refunds or reversals are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.

6. OrCoin

OrCoin is a marketplace currency used only within the Ordis Dashboard marketplace system. It is not real money and has no cash value.

You may earn OrCoin by selling approved in-game items to the marketplace, receiving approved rewards, or through other marketplace features.

Balances are checked and updated server-side. Client-side values, modified requests, screenshots, browser edits, or other tampered data will not be accepted as proof of balance.

7. Selling items to the marketplace

Users may submit sell requests to trade approved in-game items to the marketplace in exchange for OrCoin. Sell requests are reviewed manually and may be approved, denied, or adjusted.

Some items must be sold in specific pack sizes. If an item is listed as a pack, you must sell it in one of the allowed quantities shown on the site.

OrCoin from sell requests is only awarded after the request is approved and the required item trade has been completed.

8. Daily rewards

Daily rewards may include discounts, bonus items, OrCoin, or other limited rewards. You can open one daily reward every 24 hours per account.

Rewards are generated and stored server-side. You cannot choose, edit, reroll, spoof, or force a reward outcome from the client.

Non-currency daily rewards expire 4 hours after being opened if they are not used on an order.

If a daily reward is applied to an order, it is consumed when the order is placed. The reward remains attached to that order even if staff process the order later.

Daily rewards are not restored, refunded, or returned if the order is later cancelled, denied, changed, or adjusted.

Some OrCoin rewards may enter pending balance first and become available after a short server-side delay.

9. Stock and item origin

Marketplace stock is intended to come from in-game farming, crafting, trading, or approved player sell requests. We aim to avoid cheated or illegitimate stock where possible.

Because No Man's Sky is a player-trading game, absolute proof of item origin may not always be possible. Staff may reject suspicious stock or sellers at their discretion.

10. Abuse, exploits, and fair use

Do not attempt to bypass cooldowns, duplicate rewards, abuse pricing, fake payments, submit false delivery claims, tamper with requests, or exploit bugs.

If you find a bug, report it instead of abusing it. Abuse may result in cancelled orders, removed rewards, balance corrections, account restrictions, or bans from the marketplace.

11. Logs and records

The marketplace may keep records of accounts, orders, invoices, receipts, balance changes, reward claims, sell requests, and staff actions so orders can be reviewed and disputes can be handled.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the marketplace changes. If important changes are made, the site may ask you to agree to the updated terms before creating an account or placing another order.
