Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ordis Dashboard stores, why it is used, and how it helps run the marketplace.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Ordis Dashboard No Man's Sky marketplace, including accounts, orders, OrCoin, sell requests, daily rewards, support, and staff moderation tools.

The marketplace only stores information needed to operate the service, process orders, prevent abuse, and keep trade records accurate.

2. Information we collect

When you create an account, we may store your username, password hash, account id, account settings, OrCoin balance, transaction history, and the dates you agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

When you place an order, we may store your order details, selected items, quantities, selected currency, prices at the time of ordering, reward usage, order status, invoice details, receipt details, and staff decisions linked to that order.

To arrange delivery, we may store contact and game-related details you provide, such as your Discord username or id, No Man's Sky friend code, platform, in-game name, and delivery notes.

For security and abuse prevention, we may also store technical details such as IP address, timestamps, login activity, order activity, reward activity, and moderation records.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to run the marketplace, manage accounts, review orders, arrange deliveries, generate invoices and receipts, track OrCoin balances, process sell requests, and provide support.

We also use stored records to prevent spam, fake orders, reward abuse, balance tampering, pricing abuse, and other misuse of the marketplace.

4. OrCoin and transaction records

OrCoin balances and transactions are recorded server-side. This includes earned OrCoin, spent OrCoin, pending OrCoin, manual staff adjustments, daily reward payouts, sell request payouts, refunds, and order-related balance changes.

These records are kept so users can view their balance history and so staff can review disputes, mistakes, or suspicious activity.

5. Daily reward data

If you use daily rewards, we store spin/open timestamps, cooldowns, reward results, expiry times, whether a reward was used, and any order linked to that reward.

Daily rewards are generated and checked server-side so they cannot be chosen, edited, or forced from the browser.

6. Discord and support

If you use Discord for delivery, support, or marketplace contact, we may store the Discord details you provide and any marketplace-related support notes needed to handle your request.

Some order or moderation updates may be sent to private staff channels, webhooks, or support systems so staff can process marketplace activity.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to sell No Man's Sky items for real money. OrCoin has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.

We do not intentionally publish your private account, order, friend code, or contact details as a public feed.

8. Sharing information

Information may be visible to staff where needed for order processing, delivery, support, moderation, abuse prevention, or technical maintenance.

Limited information may be shared through internal notifications, logs, webhooks, or staff-only Discord channels when needed to operate the marketplace.

We may also disclose information if required to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to security issues, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Security

Marketplace balances, prices, rewards, cooldowns, order approvals, and stock changes are checked on the server. Browser-side values are treated as untrusted.

We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, but no website or online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

10. Data retention

We may keep account records, order records, transaction history, reward records, sell request records, and moderation logs for as long as needed to run the marketplace, handle disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate records.

Some temporary logs or operational records may be deleted after they are no longer needed.

11. Account removal or data questions

If you want to ask about your account data, request account removal, or report a privacy concern, contact marketplace staff through the support options provided by Ordis Dashboard.

Some records may need to be kept even after an account removal request, especially where they are needed for order history, dispute handling, abuse prevention, or security logs.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the marketplace changes. If important changes are made, the site may ask you to agree to the updated policy before creating an account or placing another order.
