How quickly will I hear back after I order?
We contact you through Discord within 24 hours of your order being placed. If staff are online, it is usually much sooner, but 24 hours is the safe expectation.
Do orders go through automatically?
No. Every order is reviewed manually before delivery. That lets staff catch stock issues, quantity mistakes, or anything that needs to be adjusted before you pay in-game.
What happens if an item is unavailable?
If something is out of stock or entered incorrectly, staff may deny or adjust that line during review. Your invoice only includes the approved items and their final prices.
When do I pay?
You pay first in-game at the agreed delivery time, using the exact in-game currency shown on the invoice. After that, staff trade the approved items to you.
Will I get proof of what was delivered?
Yes. After delivery, we confirm what was paid and what was delivered, then the site generates a receipt. We send that receipt to you through Discord.
Why do you need my Discord contact and friend code?
Discord is how we reach you to schedule delivery, and your friend code plus in-game name make the in-game meetup much smoother once your order is approved.
Do I need to agree to policies more than once?
Yes. You must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when creating an account and again when submitting each order.
How do daily rewards work?
You can open one server-side daily reward every 24 hours. Non-OrCoin rewards expire after 4 hours if unused, while direct OrCoin rewards are granted to pending balance first and release later.
Can my order be split across multiple deliveries?
We try to complete everything in one meeting. If a line needs to be delayed or restocked, we will tell you during review and keep the invoice clear about what is approved now.
Is the marketplace staffed 24/7?
Not currently. Reviews and deliveries are handled manually, so response times depend on staff availability. The site will always show the 24-hour contact window as the safe expectation.
