Terms of Service

1. Overview

By supporting the project through donations, you may receive Solari as a thank-you perk. Solari is a virtual reward currency used exclusively within our Discord server for cosmetic and progression-based features. It holds no monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside our platform.

Solari is not a product. It is a voluntary bonus and can also be earned through normal server activity such as leveling, quests, and participation—no donation is required.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old or meet the age of digital consent in your region.
• You must have a valid Discord account.
• You must use your own payment method or have permission from the cardholder.

3. Use of Solari

Solari can be used to unlock in-server cosmetic features such as themed crates, titles, and companion personalization. These features provide no gameplay advantages, carry no real-world value, and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue cosmetic content, perks, or availability at any time. Abusing the system may result in the loss of Solari or cosmetic access without your donation returned.

4. Donations & Processing

All donations are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By proceeding, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method in the displayed amount.

All donation tiers are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Donations are optional and not required to participate. By donating, you acknowledge your support helps keep the project running and that you are not purchasing a product or service.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without proper cause may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all Solari and items. If you believe a charge was made in error, please open a support ticket first before contacting your bank.

6. Privacy Policy

We store only essential information, including Discord ID, purchase token, and transaction metadata, required for account linking and delivery. No sensitive card or billing data is stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Licensing & Ownership

Anything in the Donate tab is my original idea and creation. Most other content, including item names, companions, and dashboard assets, are derived from Warframe and its creators. I do not claim credit for, make money from, or accept payments using their intellectual property.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our platform after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

9. Game Compliance & Platinum Use

All Platinum rewards, if distributed, are optional, community-funded gifts that are not connected to any donation. No transaction grants or guarantees Warframe in-game items or currency.

Donations to receive Solari do not provide or guarantee Warframe Platinum, in-game items, or rewards. Solari is used exclusively for cosmetic and is not linked to Warframe in any way.

All in-server features available through Solari are self-contained and do not interact with Warframe’s economy or systems. No Solari transaction entitles the user to any reward within Warframe itself.

10. Abuse Prevention & Automated Activity

Users found abusing the system through automation, exploiting quest rewards, or circumventing platform restrictions may have their Solari, item access, or in-game claims revoked. Suspicious activity may result in a temporary or permanent suspension without refund.

11. Transparency & Funding

All Platinum distributed through the Ordis system is purchased legitimately through Warframe’s official platforms using community-funded resources. Most, if not all, revenue is reinvested into Warframe Platinum for community rewards. Ordis may retain a portion of funds at its discretion for platform upkeep, dev costs or administrative support.

12. Economy Adjustments

We reserve the right to change Solari pricing, item effects, and reward outputs at any time for balance or fairness. Ongoing purchases will remain unaffected, but new transactions will reflect the updated values.

13. Solari Perks & Earning

Solari is a fictional, server-only currency offered as a thank-you to donors and earned freely by participating in activities like leveling, completing quests, and more. It does not represent a product, service, or entitlement.

Solari may be received as a perk following a donation, but is also earnable through standard in-server gameplay. No features or benefits require payment to access.

Solari does not grant access to any Warframe® content. It does not convert to or guarantee any in-game items, currency, or services.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for Solari or item purchases.

Exceptions (Case-by-case):

• Duplicate purchases caused by technical error
• Unauthorized transactions with valid proof
• Failure on our end to deliver purchased Solari

For exceptions, open a support ticket in the Discord server within 7 days of purchase.
