Getting Started

Welcome to Dispatch

Dispatch is the control tower for Ordis Interstellar. Crews come here to lock missions, upload proof, and monitor payouts. Clients rely on the same system to ensure every aUEC is accounted for.

What you need

  • Approved roster handle
  • Access code (OI-xxx-xxx-xxx)
  • Discord access for questions and updates

What you unlock

  • Live job board synced with Dispatch staff
  • Ledger + payout tracking with proof links
  • Transparent reputation and demerit system

1. Access Codes & Login

Claiming credentials

Once Dispatch approves you, we send the handle + access code privately. Keep it confidential. Codes are case-sensitive and follow the OI-###-###-### pattern.

Where to log in

  • Member Login button on Home
  • Dashboard link in the global nav

Locked out after multiple attempts? Request a reset via Discord so staff can verify you.

2. Dashboard Tour

Hero stats

  • Cleared credits vs pending credits
  • Completed contracts + demerits
  • Session status pill (Ready, Action Required, Frozen)

Payout panel

  • Unlocks at 100k cleared credits and no open request
  • Requires a confirmation checkbox so crews understand payouts can't be cancelled mid-flight

Active contract

  • Shows manifest data, staff requirements, and SCU rates for your current job
  • Submit Proof opens the upload modal
  • Abandon clears the slot but adds 1 demerit and notifies Dispatch

3. Job Board & Rank Requirements

Rank ladder

Rookie -> Operator -> Coordinator -> Ranger -> Concierge -> Vanguard. You can only claim contracts at or below your rank until staff promotes you.

Claim process

  1. Visit the Job Board.
  2. Open a card, read the brief, and ping Dispatch if the contract shows "staff required" so we can confirm you have coverage.
  3. Click Claim Contract. You'll be redirected to the dashboard once the claim lock engages.

Contracts flagged "Staff Needed" disappear if no staff are online. The system automatically returns them with no penalty, but you must ping staff to ensure they'll stay online through delivery.

4. Submitting Contract Proof

Proof requirements

  • Start screenshot (starting location / cargo in ship)
  • Finish screenshot (handoff / delivery screen)
  • Freemine/freehaul: enter SCU delivered

Tips

  • Mining/freemine: start screenshot must show required SCU (bottom-right Mining UI)
  • Use the SCU hint to confirm rate per unit.
  • Use Windows + Shift + S OR Ctrl + PrntSc to screenshot

5. Ledger & Credits

Pending vs cleared

Submitted contracts post to pending. Once finance reviews the proofs, funds move to cleared credits and become eligible for payouts or deductions.

Ledger entries

  • Contract Submitted: proof received
  • Payout Requested / Payout: funds in transit
  • Deductions: purchases, rentals, client reimbursements, or manual adjustments

Negative balances

Manual conversions, rentals, or demerit clearances may push you into debt. Work additional contracts to restore a positive balance.

6. Payout Requests

Eligibility

  • 100,000+ cleared credits
  • No pending payout request
  • Account not frozen

After submission

  • Status flips to "Request Pending."
  • Finance reviews within 24 hours.
  • Approved entries display proof links or owner-level notes.
  • aUEC arrives in-game after finance confirms the ledger entry.

7. Demerits & Account Status

How demerits accrue

  • Abandoning contracts = 1 demerit
  • Letting deadlines expire = 2 demerits
  • 4+ demerits auto-freeze your account

Clearing demerits

Finance can trigger a "Demerit" deduction (45k per point). It clears all strikes and may place you in debt if you lack sufficient cleared credits.

Frozen accounts

If frozen, you cannot claim contracts or request payouts. Contact staff on Discord once ready to resolve the freeze.

8. Support & Best Practices

Staff availability

Claims requiring staff auto-release when no staff are online. Watch the dashboard banner and ping Dispatch before locking a staff-required brief.

Proof quality

  • Screenshot must be full-screen
  • Ensure if you deliver to a staff, screenshot the delivery in their vehicle.
  • Include SCU totals for freemine/freehaul.
